Anderson Hall (Maryville College)

Front of Anderson Hall

Anderson Hall is the iconic building on Maryville College's campus. Its image appears on college stationary, class rings, and many other MC-related items. This exhibit provides history and a short tour of the building. Constructed in 1870, it has housed academic affairs, faculty, the president’s office, humanities, and currently serves as the humanities building. It is named after Isaac Anderson, founder.
